I usually sail through these but I'm making a real mess of it so far.

Yes, I've tried KALE (and KITE) and have probably made a mistake somewhere.
I'm as positive as I can be that the 9 is an E.

Holiday was lovely, but just as hot as UK, so am happy to see the rain.
I only buy the Mail on Saturdays too, just for the puzzles and the TV/radio schedules.
