Stuck on last one in at 3d "Decent result of spring-cleaning?" (3,2,5)

N?T ?O ?U?Y? Think I've got two possibilities depending on whether the spring in the clue refers to something metal or the season.

Any help much appreciated

.......alternatively could it be rusty if it's that sort of spring?

I'm taking "decent" as the definition and getting "not so dusty".
