Cannot fully parse these:-
27 Across - "General agreement has Office for National
Statistics involved in this event". I have CONSUL as the answer.
34 Across - "Changing out of uniform, shapeless, in allotment*. For this I have METAMORPHOSING.

I have census for 27 across. Is that right, everyone? Haven't done 5d yet so it may not be.

I know that "ONS" is the abbreviation for "Office for National Statistics", so presumed that CONSUL would be the only logical solution.

34 Metamorphosing = changing. Meting, allotment and Amorphous, shapeless, with the U, uniform, removed.

27 Consensus would be the general agreement, remove ONS, Office for National Statistics - Census, this event.
