Anger is 'ire' isn't it, but that doesn't help me.

9d Woman impresses youngster, eating a Mexican dish (9) - ENCHILADA (Mexican dish)

This has me baffled! I can see HILDA around (Eating) A, but that would leave ENC for 'Youngster'. On the other hand, there is LAD (Youngster), but then where is the woman? Help!!
