Does anybody know what the last letter of 31ac is? I am sure my first four letters are correct - they are all crossers - but I can't find a word in my 2011 Chambers which will give me the last letter.

For those of us without the paper, could you give the clue and the four letters you have? Thanks.

I got the information online...

Jersey etc and other trimmed lines (5) Ciels, lines (in Chambers)
CI = Jersey etc and Els(e) (other, trimmed/shortened).

Thanks very much. I now see that Chambers has "to...line" in its definition of ceil. I should read more carefully!
