Have finished the grid (I think) , but cannot find 16a. Could somebody give me the start point please?

I've no longer got my copy, so this is from memory. The name at 16 A isn't in the grid - the 'connected to the ….(thematic stuff)' didn't mean connected in the grid itself. I think there's more on this towards the end of the other, longer thread.
