Of the ten thematic words that aid the blank square filling I only have CO and vision as the last three? Could some soul please give me a clue / is there a name or an instruction

I can’t remember the exact message but it’s to do with William Blake and Parry and is something you hear at the last night of The Proms.

You should be able to fill in the blanks to make the song come to life.
