2d. A spinner of silk, like Victoria for 40 years (5, 5).
7d. Smashing old TV comedy threesome, smug types (5-7).

7d) goody goodies

subscription-- bus for coach backwards + anagram of in tropics
ski mask. -- Kim is the top North Korean + s (special) + ask (request)
goody goodies- the goodys an old comedy tv favourite

Thanks, I see that Queen Victoria was a widow, but why "black"? Apart from the fact she wore black? Were "Black widows" a thing?
