I presume the first word of the 3 5 answer is the I have traced what I assume is the second word via knights moves easily but can’t get tje first 3 letter word. Can anybody help???

Marca, start in row 11, column 10 and go up... The 'one cell doing double duty' means it's better to complete the first word - rather than attempt to join it to the second that you have.

… I meant to add, it should be obvious (from the number count) what the double duty cell will be.
