I can see AGM (meeting) a t(ime) + s (19th letter) inside prim (?)

Hi Scorpiojo, I get the AGM + A T(ime), as you say, but it's the rest that has be perplexed. If '19' is referring to Spinster then I don't think that a 'Spinster' is necessarily 'Prim' and, even if it is, it surely can't mean both the answer to 19 and the 19th letter in the alphabet - can it? And what is the point of the word 'Play' in the clue?
