I think the answer is silent.
Centigrade is a unit of measurement which is LENT by the SI system. And the HOT ONE HERE refers to the h in Fahrenheit which is unpronounced, ie silent.

Cunning thinking, mtthebin, however it's a reference to the particular spam that has now been deleted.
