16 Strait, from Traits, move the S, seven, to the front. There's a misprint near the beginning.

32. Biased = Angled. This is a thematic entry, treated like some others...

Kirky (as you seem to be struggling to find the name) are you sure of your answer to 2dn?
In 26dn 'of nan' means 'of a relative' (not the bread) and the answer is modified on entry.

I have a sea battle for 2d

...and 26d is now sorted after correcting esker to eskar for 31a.
