Dear all, last clue which I just can't parse, so some help would be gratefully appreciated. I know the answer is GRASP THE METTLE or GRASP THE NETTLE but I cannot see the parsing and therefore which is right. Clue is "To understand online system, regularly tell 'em to just go for it.(5,3,6)". Many thanks

GRASP THE NETTLE
GRASP = to understand + THE NET, online system + even letters of TeLlEm,

Understand online system is "grasp the net" with odd letters from "TeLl Em."
