the answer is Taiga, a Northern region. It sounds like Tiger, and the 'tiger economy' is dynamic, prosperous etcc.

Madam, glad I could help. There are loads of friendly, helpful people on this site, but they don't get all the papers and don't have psychic powers! As well as giving the clue, it's also good to give the letter count and details of any letters you've already got.
