All the letters I have indicate the answer to this one has to be "little Hitler" but don't know why. I can see that fascist may refer to Hitler but where does piglet come into it?

At first I thought this was something to do with Orwell's Animal Farm but soon remembered that was Napoleon. So I think it's just that Hitler is often described as a Fascist Pig so a Fascist Piglet would be a 'Little Hitler'. I have to say I'm not 100% sure of this but as no one has answered that's my best shot.
