Probably shouldn't be bothering with this, it's way above my pay grade, but these two would at least give me some starting letters for other answers. I have no crossing letters.

30 Ticals? Tic= spasm and Als(o), (also doesn't end), It's old Cambodian money, rhino being another word for money.
