I've more or less solved all the clues, but am still in the dark about the title (Blues), and I really don't understand the instruction about cell-clashes.
A gentle nudge in the right direction would be much appreciated.

I googled it too as you gave the puzzle number, it comes up quite readily.

Crossstitch, there is a key word running diagonally from the square numbered 33, and another word starting at square 35.
