Nearly finished this at last, but any hints for 4 down Grand National tip from last year would really help. I've got a solution for 4 across, but can't parse it, any further hints for that would be gratefully received (horses run cutting legs) Thanks all!

I’m Impressed that you can parse all these. I’m still stuck on 19a if it is a course inside an old bob then I have s?r?a?g I cannot find any word yet alone one meaning champion! Another hint please someone?

'and' Champion! - (3)

For champion think cards.
