I presume that you're still the head chef of the household - found any new recipes / cookbooks along the way? Amjam Anand was one of your favourites if I recall.

Yes, curry tonight. The veg recipes are Anjum Anand, but the chicken is a recipe from a restaurant cookbook (a restaurant that we used to visit).

G'day cobber - how's the school bus business going?

Sold it a couple of years ago. had enough after 16 years.

Spent six months doing volunteer work while I thought of something to do.

Working for myself again part-time making furnishings. A bit of cash, something to do that I enjoy now all the kids have left home.

How are you amusing yourself these days, watching plenty of sport ? in amongst other things.
