21d Tokyo's location for the shogun - somehow get away (6)

I get that 'somehow' is an anagram indicator and 'shogun' is the target, and Honshu sounds like a jap word and the get away might possibly mean remove the G (really)? But where does the second h come from?

I suppose most people know that Honshu is an island of Japan.

I didn't

In fact I think I could have lived the rest of my days in pure blissful happiness without knowing that the main island of Japan is known as Honshu.
