Silence - I am with the right dress (5)[\b]
This is the clue.
I'm an absolute beginner and I need to submit the answer within 12 hours!
So please help ASAP!

My conclusions might be stupid and I feel they don't make sense, but here are my few guesses-
Still - as a synonym for silence ..from stiletto(dress)
Linen - 'lien' from right and n from noiseless(silence).
I badly need some help fast.

Milna, I don't think any shirts could be called a dress, but there is a thing called a Shirt Dress, that's in Chambers Dictionary - so the clue maybe works, but only just.

PS. I don't think it's a very good clue!

Maybe dress in the sense of clothing.

Since most sensible answer till now was SHIRT, I went with that.
And..it is the correct answer!
