Can someone parse my last one, please?

19a Agrees end of America must come over broadcast (7)

A?S?N?S

ASSENTS = (Americ)a + sounds like (broadcast) 'scents' ... anything to do with musty smell? ...

Clearly, I'm not getting this!

Most likely this version of 'Must' as Scents

Must

mass noun
A condition of heightened aggression and unpredictable behaviour occurring annually in certain male animals, especially elephants and camels, in association with a surge in testosterone level, equivalent to the rutting season of deer and some other mammals.

ASSENTS is Ass (end of America, as opposed to British 'arse') around Sent (broadcast). 'Must' in "must come over" is just part of the positional indicator.
