The clue is - Look generous, let George go ahead.

The letters I have are g*a*e though not 100% sure of the g Glare fits but not sure how it fits the clue.

I think Large was 'generous' and you move the G, George ahead/forward in the word, so get Glare, look.

Are you sure of the answer, jazzy? GLARE (as explained by malone) looks better to me; where is the definition for GRACE?
