Much easier this week though I have 2 possible parsings for :
16a Class take this after dope. The answer must be SPHERE (class) with HERE (take this) after SP. But is SP short for speed (dope) or Starting Price (using dope to mean information). Bit pedantic I know. What do you think?

I took SP as Dope, starting prices, information on horses etc.
