It looks like it should be split into TREAT + ME + NT New Testament (Later books), but the 'Alice translation' part has me foxed.

I see that SIOU is ,Half of IroqUIOS' reversed, but where does the X come from?

I get 'Clumsy introduction of English sailor' = ME TAR + ZANY (Hilarious) + OU ('Where' in French), and maybe 'Jack' = J but I'm baffled by the 'Parts hair' bit and also the definition.

11. Wasn't the message to Alice 'Eat Me'? If Tr can mean 'translated', we have Tr, translated, Eat Me, message to Alice and NT, later books.
