Nice anniversary puzzle and all done bar 29A - Solution for washing inside Arbroath's smoker from inside three times .
I have L?IIUM - LUM being the scottish chimney but can't work out the missing letter(number). As usual any help welcome.

Only just started the crossword.
Would it be 3000 minus the 11 you already have?

You are a life saver - I think its the fourteen I already have - need to go back and review other answers but maths was never my strong point

Can't get LIVIUM to fit as I have RAISER for 22D Huckleberry Finn say is for foot it's uplifting .

Letters I have are L?IIUM for 29A

29a clue answer is lixivium ..leave out the x and v that you will need to make up the total 3000...enter it as liiium
