doing a crossword where there are 26 clues and each one begins with a different letter of the alphabet

The only one that I have not got is

Drank a lot (6)

The only remaining letter is Z but it might not fit in and have gone through all the other clues

? O ? B E D

Any ideas greatly appreciated

thanks for that and have taken a look again at the clues and Boozed is ideal and the word with Z has been changed
Now I can enter the crossword
