Hi, stuck on last clue. 'One last letter about to be brought up to one person in Baku' (5). A - E - -. The last letter could be L. Driving me nuts!

Azeri- person in Baku (def)
a- one
z- last letter
re (reversed) - about
i - one

Thank you so much stevie gee and Elle. When I thought the last letter could have been 'L', it turns out I had the wrong answer. The 'I' in Azeri really helped me to get it right though. Thank you both, you've been a great help.
