I have to say Nemo gave me the "orange" and it was solely the dry ale bit I parsed :)

I agree you're right, however...

TT in Beer doesn't give Bitter. Though it would in 'Bier'.

I think it's simply, Dry Ale - Bitter.

Could be wrong of course.
