Hope you won’t mind me saying that malone gives the right answer, but, uncharacteristically, for the wrong reason.
“Keen” and “fork” have two k’s between them; “reef knot” has only one.
It’s an anagram of “keen” with f (top of fork) inside “rot” (for balls).
