As promised, back looking for help with parsing....

18a Element of blame attached to trafficker, ultimately, with heroin (7) - RHODIUM (Element)

It looks like (trafficke)R + H(eroin) + ODIUM, but that would mean that 'Blame' = Odium, which I don't get.

Excellent, thanks Mamya. I did check in the online version of Chambers Thesaurus under both words and neither is under the other, so I definitely need the hard copy of the BRB, but i've said that before! Thanks again.
