I have three mysterious clues:-
11 Down - "Stone proficient fop dropped off" )7) C--R--E
(The only stone I can think of is "CUPRITE" but, then
again, "RAKE" for fop may feature somewhere!)
19 Down:- "Animal leaps back perfectly" (5) S-O--
(The "S" will probably represent the last letter of
"LEAPS" but I can't figure out the rest! If the answer
is an animal, then I can only think of "SLOTH" or
"STOAT")
26 Across:- "Saying "now, now," guard left" (7) -T---N-
( I can only think of "STATING" as the answer, the
"G" being the left hand letter of "GUARD")

19 Stoat

(leap)S + To a T

26 Stating

Stat (Now, immediately) In (Now,fashionable) + G(uard)

11 Citrine
