Q. Rodent trap works with one key (3-3) - i am guessing that anagram of trap & 1(i) and key (Scale) produces pig-rat but could it also be big rat? or is B not a scale.

Either answer seems obscure?

B is a scale. But I would have thought Pig-rat a more likely answer. It is a loose translation of the native word for a Bandicoot.
