I think these are correct, but would apprecite help with the parsing....

41a Off-and-on broadcaster cut off, police coming back round (8) - SPORADIC (Off-and-on)

I think DIC is 'Police coming back round' (CID), but can't get the 'Broadcaster' part from the rest.

2d Must get mobile on charger - large reward offered (2,7,3,1,5) - MY KINGDOM FOR A HORSE (Large reward offered)

I assume 'Charger' is HORSE, but that's as far as I get.

27d Leave beginning and ending off second novel, perhaps, set in Roman city (8) - BEQUEATH (Leave)

I think 'Roman city' is BATH, but that's about it.

Broadcaster is RADIo and Police are COPS

Second novel is sEQUEl

27 Sequel is the second novel - drop the S and the L (leave beginning and ending) and you get Eque to go with Bath.
