I'm having trouble parsing this, hep appreciated.....

9a Striking protest film's cut choice bit of dialogue (6,4) - PICKET LINE (Striking protest)

I thought 'Film' would be PIC and 'Bit of dialogue' LINE, but that leaves KET for 'Cut choice' which doesn't seem right.

Film is "ET".
Choice is "pick".
Bit of dialogue is "line".

"Cut" means it is between pick and line.
