Struggling with last one in:
1d "Operational base of crew men" (5)

M?N?R seems like it must be MANOR, MINOR or MINER, but can't for the life of me see a parsing that fits

Any help much appreciated

Manor - Man = Crew/staff, verb +OR/other ranks, men.

Crew - as verb - man + OR other ranks - men - manor operational base?

...and Manor = an area or base of operation, especially a police district.

I can see TRUMPE(t), but not the rest.
