I little thought, as I struggled to the end of Saturday's (albeit with some help from others), that today's would be far, far, worse.

I have crawled to 23, it's far too hot, & I am too embarrassed to plead for help........

Am I the only one struggling with this?

Some of us are inside in the shade and are around to help Bear. Go ahead and ask :)

Interested (and somewhat relieved) to see your response to Jumbo 1281, Bear of lb, I've reached an unprecented depth of despair too! But perhaps a little poaching from answers on the forum may get me going again.Let's hope so ... if not, it's going in the bin.
