I've got 2D Chocolates I had one letter wrong.

LUMS are the scottish term for chimneys

I believe that it means "long may your chimney smoke" -i.e may your house never be short of fuel

KEMLO. My pedantic streak would like to correct your meaning of the phrase"lang may yer lum reek".
It has not to do with being able to keep your house warm,but means "may your life be long".
