Which film that won several Oscars was banned in certain countries because the leading character occasionally wore a SWEATSHIRT!

Gillian, there are a few replies posted to an identical or extremely similar query on under the title "Film", I think.They are on this page or perhaps page 2 currently.

The answers there will be of limited value, but this posting, by re-raising it in the minds of some able folk, might produce something of worth.
