You could be right JimC, but I'm stuck then on 26ac. I thought the answer was "theme song", but it's very wrong! It may be Liege d???, as the clue is Feudal superior's key function recalled in song, and I know that liege is a term for the lord in feudal times. I just can't figure out the rest of it!
