More of a struggle than usual, and I'm left with 36 Down,
which is:- "I turned up on loch, sheltered and quiet, when
dreaming."
For awhile I thought that the answer might be "in deep sleep" until I put another answer in across, and it now looks
like the answer is "in open sleep" - is this correct, and if so,
where does "loch" come into the reckoning?
