It all seemed so easy at first. But now I still can't get the 8d 18-letter answer. I suspect I've got something wrong somewhere. Clue is " ENT doctor on orgy, looting royal hospital". It has to be an anagram, but my effort so far goes O?O???N?L?R?N???O?Y. Surely the end has to be "OLOGY" . Can anyone put me right please?

Well .... there you go! Now I've seen it I can put together the various bits of the body "ear, nose and throat" ... and , of course, ENT is a common enough abbreviation. Clever anagram too - but for some reason I just didn't get it!
