recitation = rote (backwards)
+ bib(le) + i (one)
blessing = definition

Urbi et orbi is a papal blessing.

Thanks Rossim, "to the city of Rome and the World" apparently, ah well
as a lapsed baptist perhaps it's not surprising that they tripped me up with that one!

I'm not a Roman Catholic, far from it!
