Stuck down left hand side so these would help please-
15d Maiden queen taking refuge in German and relying on George? (8) ?????N??
24d Headless foot coming up in legend (5) ??T??
Also can't find anything to fit 16a DRA?PIE A wee scotch US mate knocked back, welcome luxury. Have I got some letters wrong perhaps?

15d is UNMANNED - maiden -German and = und, queen Anne.
24d is MOTTO - headless foot - bottom - b, coming up.
and "drappie" is a Scottish word for just that - "a wee drappie"
