U?????O presumably an anagram and if so could it be UPTEMPO ? but again can't really see the parsing

Just finished this and still scratching my head with the parse of 11d.
I also have Substantially but can't find the 'ubs' anywhere.
I have
Pretty = Def
S (ubs) t = ubs? In street
Opposite = anti + side = ally
