Letters I have are L?T?C?U?E .
Am assuming one of the letters could be wrong due to being unable to find any word that fits.
Think Merseyside resident is perhaps "scouser". Need this last answer to finish puzzle!

Lob = throw up + scouse - Lobscouse is a stew once eaten by sailors
