Having learnt that 30ac is MALIGNER, am now stuck on 21 down.

Clue: Tonic 75p? Quite a few needed. I have:

Also stuck on 13 down (4) PIck up non-European brandy. I have:
?A?C

Have done very well this week or am getting better or it was easier than usual.

13 Marc, brandy. Cream = pick, minus the E (non-European).

...and 'up' means reverse, so cram becomes Marc.

tonic - Quinine

Thank you very much, malone and jazzgirl. I had written Grosvenor Parade which was obviously wrong. If I'd had Square, I would have seen that it was quinine.
