My last one is proving impossible:
14D Bird climbing a mountain to circle a tropical tree (5,4). I have T?N?E/ ?E?N. I assume the second word is based on the Scottish mountain but I've never heard of such a tropical tree! Any strong hints very welcome.

The last letter of your first word is wrong - though I confess that I haven't fully parsed the crossing one.

Tonka Bean if your 'e' in the first word is wrong? It has Knot, bird inside (reversed/climbing).

You need to think of the word for cheese often used in Indian recipes/restaurants.
