But that would leave only hear(t) for concern?
Does heart really mean concern?

My immediate answer was Hear(t) but I wasn't totally convinced! I've just checked the timesforthetimes website and they seem to have accepted it, albeit not wholeheartedly.

heart is shown as synonym for concern/compassion
