11 across: HRE 60 (10) - I have T?R?E??O?E

The answer would seem to be threescore, which is certainly 60, but why HRE, the middle of three? or Holy Roman Emperor. Also score could be delete. I am clearly missing the point here. Would be grateful for any help.

I can see 'Robbery' = HEIST and maybe 'Number' = NO but not the rest.

Thanks guys, I saw the 'Moot/Heist' answer the second I posted but have never heard that definition of 'Multiplier' for 'Fishing reel' before so one to remember.
